I'm Lily, a seasoned technical business strategist and senior sales executive specializing in 5G, IoT, and Telematics solutions. With a $12.7 million book of business across 15 clients, including Coca-Cola, Tyson Foods, and Tory Burch, I noticed a common challenge across the industry: customers were navigating tools with poor user interfaces and experiences.

 

Counterintuitively, this meant I was doing less selling and more tutorials on tools, portals, and platforms. This insight led me to transition to the design world, where I merge Design, Technology, and Business to approach my work with authenticity and empathy.
